"There's nothing better than a wonderfully comfortable bed after a long day at Disneyland with the children" rave regulars of this "grand" getaway with a "breathtaking atrium", "fresh" rooms and "courteous service every step of the way"; tickets to the park are sold in the lobby and a free shuttle speeds visitors to Mickey Mouse, plus parent-saving outlets of Pizza Hut and Starbucks are in the lobby – just don't expect much from the "overpriced" dining here.

This is not a 4 star property. They are currently refurbishing the lobby/atrium. The rooms are what need refurbishing. Old 25" TV, shabby bath area, curtains don't meet bottom of window. The entire hotel was under renovation.
I stayed in this hotel 3 months ago and loved it. When it was chosen again, I was thrilled. Then I got down there with a colleague, and the entire hotel was being renovated, with the front lobby closed, restaurants closed, and a general feeling of a construction zone. ...read more

The hotel was just o.k. Nothing like the pictures in their website. I couldn't believe that they could justify charging me $19 to park my car. What choice do I have. Nothing. I believe hotels, especially 4 stars, should at least have a complimentary self-park option. ...read more

The beds were amazingly comfortable.
When we removed the bathtub plug it was too dirty, not very hygienic.
The rooms were lovely and comfortable. I would definitely stay there again. The bathtub plugs should be cleaned in between guests other than that it was a great hotel.
